Android: Offset touchscreen to account for notches #10110

Some Android phones have notches:

Ensure that the touchscreen menus are not obscured by the notch

Everything is in order, do not worry. Maybe should shift the first line of the chat

The HUD bar is slightly raised so that each press does not minimize the game. Also, the chat is shifted, see the upper left.

0 31434300_1679300440_honor-x7a-5g-dual-sim-128gb-ocean-blue-4gb-ram-global-version not the notch is the problem. antitouch (illustrated red) is!!!!!! also the minetest text goes off round edge of the screen.

funny that the first comment is not minetest lolllllllll
