Unregistered: dialog terminated #44

I've downloaded the app from the site.

I tried to register following the direction 

dialog comes out saying Unregistered: dialog terminated.

How can i fix this problem?

Which Andoid device, version, sip provider, ... are you using?
Are you using 3g or wifi network?

im using EVO Froyo / 3g / and  iptel.org
I get the unregistered/dialog terminated  message
can't resolve
can anyone help me with this???
