Below is a list of breaking changes that are planned for 0.8 release

[x] Sender::detach()/Receiver::detach() should still return a DetachedSender/DetachedReceiver even if it encounters an error

Below are breaking changes that may get cancelled before 0.8 release

[x] Changing FilterSet value type from Option<Described<Value>> to Value for compatibility with existing implementations in other languages
