Add webcam to control #24

Currently the webcam or movie file modes are selected in the config file and cannot be altered while running. Add a toggle on the control window to select webcam or movie.

added webcam toggle to control. Can toggle the button to switch between webcam and movie. Can also get out of webcam mode by selecting a movie.
