add more guides to mkdocs #46

Add more detailed information, documenting the template, in the mkdocs.

Includes a getting started guide, which has the user build, and see their library in the contribution manager.

Specific changes:

how tos from readme moved to mkdocs - remove the information from readme
change how dependencies are specified, to reduce error from punctuation
more content in mkdocs
