Common logfile format #22

It seems that CommonLogFormat is an official term rather than CommonLogfileFormat (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Log_Format)

And common_logfile_format option is too long I think, so we can use the short version (clf) or less long version (common_log) instead.

And please check the failed Travis CI results. (it seems there is an out-dated testcase)
