Hi,When I testing ，the pycharm found an error:No such file or directory: './models\vgg16.t7', then I opened URL:https://www.dropbox.com/s/76l3rt4kyi3s8x7,found that I can not download vgg16.t7.

You can test if you can access dropbox in you computer, if not you may need VPN to access dropbox
