Add support for horizontal scrolling. Fix hardcoded system tray icon path.

Nice addition and fixes! I'll merge it for now, but may change scrolling back to how it was and add a toggle for horizontal. I do like being able to do horizontal and vertical scrolling without toggling, but I also like to keep the motion continuous if possible.

I would have tried to preserve your continuous scrolling feature if I had realized how it works. Sorry for taking that destructive approach instead. I did not think you would merge it because of that.
