When I click connect, the run window closes. Can you help me?

When i write down MAC and click connect, the run window closes.

I don't know anything about it, so I have no idea what the problem is.

The only information I can give is that I am using windows 10. Sorry.

Do I need to install anything other than the Release v1.2.0 zip file?
