Server settings not completely saved between chrome reboots #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save server settings. (We are using Jira Ondemand)
2. Get a "Query" working. See the Query working in the extension
3. Shut down Chrome and Restart
4. Notice the Extension is not rending the Query (or anything)
5. Re-enter server settings. Notice that upon hitting "edit" the server name
defaults back to the top of the defaults list.
6. Notice the extension starts working again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OSX Mavericks 10.9.3 with Chrome Version 35.0.1916.114, Jira Ondemand

Please provide any additional information below.

1. My server settings are not getting saved between restarts of Chrome. If I
re-enter my server settings, it starts working again.

2. Filters don't work for me. As a workaround I am able to paste the filter
query into the "Query" option. Even when communication is working with the
server, the plugin does not even give me an option to view the saved filters.

I am using OSX and Jira OnDemand.
