Add Ritual Bowl #1

This PR introduces the ritual bow, which is part of all rituals requiring items.

Requirements

[x] Player can craft the bowl
[x] Player can place the bowl on ground and pick it up
[x] Player can put items in the bowl (right click with items in the hand)
[x] Items are dropped when bowl is picked up
[x] Player can ignite (flint & steal) the bowl to perform a ritual
