feat: add blank sample into MFI chart #15

As Laura mentioned, it would be a good option to include a blank sample after all the standard curve samples to see if the plate is actually correct

the blank value could be also included as a single horizontal line in the MFI plot. This way it would be easier to identify values below the background level
