[UI] Wallet buttons should adjust to lower resolutions #2

On lower resolution screen, wallet buttons (Receive, Scan, Send) are too big. Something like @gocodingnow/rn-size-matters could deal with it.

Fix released in v0.0.5-alpha.4. Issue will be closed after testing on few devices.

How to get the fix "over-the-air": Go to Settings, you should see 1 pending update in Update manager, click Update and restart - over-the-air updates are opt-in.

v0.0.8-alpha.3 now adjusts all text elements sizes to the screen size.
