[Contacts] Contacts backup #34

Allow to copy wallet's private contacts. As a more convenient alternative, we could consider extending of the backup / recovery function so that encrypted contacts are backed up alongside the wallet profile on the server and recovered together with the wallet address.

Backup and later restore could be done through (encrypted?) Nostr follows list event.
