If Minibit mint is blocked, sats sent to Lightning address can not be redeemed. #57

If user blocks receiving from Minibits mint, it is still possible to send through Lightning address. However ecash receive transaction is blocked, making the ecash unclaimable.

Solution alternatives

somehow disable Lightning address on the server if mint is blocked
allow to unblock and retry to receive (preferred)

There is a new Retry to receive button in BLOCKED transaction detail, allowing to receive ecash in case user unblocks the related mint.
