[Backup] Backup recovery indexes on mint removal #65

If a mint is removed, recovery indexes are deleted as well. After re-adding the mint in the same wallet (wallet with the same seed), mint refuses to sign ecash as recovery indexes restart from 0 and wallet thus produces invalid blinded messages.
