[UX] Support for animated QR codes #82

Investigate if @gandlaf21/bc-ur combined with current QR code and scanning library can be used to generate and scan animated QR codes. If so, think of implementation, where static QR code is shown for smaller data payloads and animated QR is shown only if static QR fails to generate because of payload overflow.
