update LND to 0.18.1

LND v0.18.1 only includes a bug fix --> https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/blob/master/docs/release-notes/release-notes-0.18.1.md that does not apply to a MiniBolt node because we don't use btcd as the chain backend, we use bitcoind instead.

We will wait for the v0.18.2 release, which is being prepared with more applicable news --> https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/blob/master/docs/release-notes/release-notes-0.18.2.md
