[FEATURE REQ] Restart nginx service after modifying the config file #14

What & why

Please add that you need to restart the nginx service after modifying the config file so that the changes can take effect.

Ok. I see that you reload NGINX in other part of your manual when you add component. So I'm closing the issue.
