Why not? This command appears in official installation docs to build on Ubuntu: https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/blob/master/doc/INSTALL.md#to-build-on-ubuntu

sure but poetry is just for the developer shell environment for cln. for this instructions probably not needed.
