Allow configuring feed to direct link when opening an item #1049

It would be nice if one can set that opening the item directly goes to the webpage behind the feed. This is useful for academic journals, where unfortunately most of the time not even the abstract is in the RSS feed.

As a workaround you already have the « External link » displayed on the entries list.
