Add option to always open articles externally

Most feeds I run across these days only have a sentence or two from the article in the feed. I'd like an option to make the feed links point directly to the external URLs.

Do your feeds also only have one sentence when downloading the original content ? Either via the Download button or by checking Fetch original content on the feed edit settings page ?

No, I assume that works fine, but I still prefer reading them on the original site.

I still think this is a valid request, maybe even something which could be configured on a per-feed basis (same as "Fetch original content"). For example, BBC News doesnt show full articles even with "Fetch original content" enabled.

This is not a comment on this feature request, but I recently struggled with the BBC News site and Miniflux. On Miniflux I added a "scraper" rule to the BBC feed: main#main-content and enabled "Fetch original content". Now I get the full article in Miniflux.
