Hello, I'm having the exact same issue on a freshly installed Miniflux instance (+ feeds and catergories imported from TT-RSS via OPML file).

Setup is similar as well:

docker-compose
miniflux 2.0.51-distroless
Postgres 16-alpine

@gingerbeardman did you manage to solve the issue?

EDIT: Actually, it happened only with one specific feed (https://paulgraham.com) and I managed to mark them as read from the "unread" section

No, I gave up and am using FreshRSS - no regrets.

The first time I used Miniflux(After May 25, 2023), the 'mark all as read' action worked properly. I do not know in which commit this issue was actually fixed, but I am sure that it has been fixed for months.

Sorry, I mixed things up, I deployed via binary, not docker, append info:

Postgresql 12.17
Miniflux 2.1.4

I'd appreciate further confirmation from somebody who suffered the bug in the past, or somebody with the same setup as in the OP. Cheers!
