• Send an eMail for every new feed item.
• Send a digest of new items at a certain time/interval/threshold of total new items (or per feed/category)

• To manage accounts (forgotten passwords/OTP)?

I could, but that would require managing a separate list of feeds - which I'm not looking forward to, but thank you for mentioning it.

As there doesn't seem to be much interest in this feature in general, I'll close this.
