Intersphinx-like referring to NixOS options #1

Something like this:

:nixos-opt:`services.netbox.enable`

Should say whether this option exists, and link to the NixOS documentation.

Maybe something like this can also be implemented:

:nixos-module:`services.netbox`

and link to https://search.nixos.org/options
