dockerize the php application #13

you can now launch the app with single docker compose up command add health check add env var ENVIRONMENT huutista

I guess it's ok if you delete the scripts. I kind of preferred running the app on the host and saw the container as an unnecessary layer, but I guess it's better this way. Does this complicate debugging? I don't have experience of debugging PHP applications.
