Re-design and rewrite the whole PHP backend code in Rust. The PHP backend is now proven to be stable and usable, but the code is messy and bad design choices were made. PHP is a horrible programming language, so let's not waste our time with PHP and rewrite the whole piece of shit in Rust instead.
