Figure out a way to extract image out of SWF and use that as a thumbnail for the file.

Ruffle exporter requires Vulkan
- Software rendering possible via Mesa?
- Problematic because huge/complex dependencies
GNU Gnash?
Ruffle SWF lib?
Extract metadata from file header with simply PHP?
