This must support both IPv4 and IPv6 and requires some sane default ranges (that most probably encapsulates only one or few users) for both IP protocols. Also could include a dropdown menu to choose a wider/narrower range.
IPv6 ranges are a different beast and needs to be researched. Eg. how large blocks do ISP's and mobile carriers allocate to individual customers.
