bamM is written in PY2.x but most of groopM's dependencies require PY3. Is there any workaround to this issue?

GroopM and BamM have sadly been neglected for some time now. I've had a need recently to use this code again and I've been moving things over to Python3 and putting the code within Docker containers. The BamM repository on my account uses Python3 so this might be a workaround for the time being.

Hi Michael, thanks for the tip, but looks like libcfu is missing from your BamM repo, so configure keeps getting stuck
