Removed a duplicate file,
Did some pep8 cleanup, and
Modified fiindBestPears.py to use dot product while calculating cosine similarity

But I can't find this file(getUrlOverlap.py) anywhere else in the repo. Looks like this file was added by @minimalparts on August 2nd. Is there any other file serving the same purpose so this can be deleted?
