Hi! A semantic space is a vector space that contains meaning representations. It is a term used in the context of 'distributional semantics'. I wrote a small intro to distributional semantics here: http://aurelieherbelot.net/research/distributional-semantics-intro/. It should help answer your question, but if not, feel free to ask more questions :)
We have more helpful links here, if you want to dig further into this: http://pearsearch.org/background.html.
Finally, please note that the project has moved to https://github.com/PeARSearch. Please check that repo for latest news, issues, etc.
Enjoy!
Thanks for the reply.
By the way, I found out about some kind of hash see https://hyper.dev/blog/fuzzbuzz-hash-algorithm.html
I am closing this issue because I need to clean up my github backlog.
Your project is still amazing.
Thanks for this projects it looks very promising.
I'm trying to understand the purpose of semantic space. What is it? How is it built?
Thanks!
