Seeing in some tests; not a dealbreaker, but should try to refine heuristics if possible (if not, remove feature entirely)

Basic test cases had passed, so this is weird.

Mostly fixed by 20a35595969fc346147163890c86138a5799bebb

Some older tweets are weird.
