Add top bar color for low battery #22

I noticed that once. To be confirmed by other users.

Er, I don't think a website can actually read Battery power level. All research I've seen says it's depreciated: https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/4537134732017664

Did this happen on Christmas? HN changes the top bar to red on that day.

Heck, that must be it! I was low on battery and thought it was related. And since I don't run out of battery often, I've never seen it again :sweat_smile:
