i added deprecated tag on deis workflow as we talked 6 months ago on #68 PR @harshavardhana

There is a successor, which is operational and is maintained: Team Hephy produces Hephy Workflow. I just found this list, would you be willing to give us a mention on it?

(The Deis.com link is bad at this point, redirects to Azure/AKS – the Deis Workflow product is defunct and EOL date has passed, but I'll contribute a PR to update your list if you'll kindly merge it, mentioning Hephy?)

We are at https://github.com/teamhephy/workflow and web.teamhephy.com, with news about releases posted periodically to blog.teamhephy.info
