Description
In some very rare cases the license can contain a nil uuid (00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000). Do not validate it against the cluster's deployment id during registration.

avoid error in registration in such cases
How to test this PR?
get a license file that contains a nil uuid for did field
run mc license register <alias> --license </path/to/license>
check that the command completes the registration without any error
