Use latest MinIO and mc master branches to setup and export iam configuration then try importing the config in new MinIO instance using this PR of mc. The import should be successful.

A regression was introduced by https://github.com/minio/mc/pull/5032 where new
mcwith old MinIO wont import the IAM configs properly.Motivation and Context
