After #125 has been merged, we can have rc-local.service also execute a script that is persistent from /opt/[...]

This could for instance be setup to provide additional control over services that need to be available on the host, or forcing an IP address.

This functionality has to be changed as we have disabled rc.local as of now. It is suggested to have a specific systemd unit file to handle this

Closing this issue as most of the required scripts are converted to systemd unit file so now not needed anymore.
