Resulting ISO from a Vagrant build will not login properly #159

At the moment an older CentOS image is available at the hashicorp repository. When the ISO is used from a new Vagrant build, the image will not login properly.

For the time being, it is advised to include yum update -y in the Vagrantfile.

@gbraad We have not seen this in the past, I am wondering what could have caused this.
