Improve wording fixing syntax and using clearer words

@maxcanna thanks for your contribution. Unfortunately all these labels have been approved by the MOH and updated in another branch.

I saw that (because of the conflicts reported here). No problem, happy to see the labels have been improved in the same direction I suggested. 🎉

However #57 introduced an escape error in the strings:

I opened #62 to fix it. Lmk 🙂
