Buongiorno, dalla regione FVG stiamo cercando di eseguire una Pubblicazione verso la regione Piemonte ma, interrogando la transazione di stato, nell'evento "SEND_TO_INI" otteniamo il seguente errore bloccante:

Abbiamo provato diverse volte per capire se poteva essere un problema temporaneo ma otteniamo lo stesso errore. Potreste aiutarci a capire dov'è il problema o se c'è qualcosa che non va nella nostra richiesta?

Buongiorno, la ringrazio per la celere risposta. Abbiamo riprovato una transazione di pubblicazione stamattina sempre verso il Piemonte (sempre un patient summary) ma otteniamo il medesimo errore. Buonasera, nella giornata di oggi abbiamo effettuato diversi ricicli per risolvere problemi sul patient summary che abbiamo identificato grazie a questa issue. Purtroppo non sono riuscito a effettuare un test per verificare che siano tutti risolti causa indisponibilità di INI nel pomeriggio, domani riprovo e vi aggiorno.
