missing initial set up steps #2

  1. git init and adding the add remote repo should be user friendly (now its done manually)
  2. fix runs_experiments, organize the requirements.py
  3. check and fix weather things like byobu or python! are installed in the cluster already (perhaps use docker here)
  4. config should have hostname info (now has "mila") the user should change it easily
