avoid reinstalling buddy #53

ah woops, it is needded! but the user should have buddy in the requirements.txt and as long as we don't have buddy on pypi the installation means re cloning everything, maybe this could be avoided by removing the -e but the whole idea of reinstalling buddy is meh at best

Have you tried cleaning your tmp folder, your venv, putting buddy in the requirements of the project, removing it from the installation and rerunning?
