User Story
As a Analytical Platform team member I want to have a clear visual representation of the components that make up our Platform So that we as a team have a common understanding of where are and where we are going
Value / Purpose
Clarity and Visualisation: Wardley maps provide a clear visual representation of the components of a system or business, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and communicate complex ideas. This visualisation can help teams align on a common understanding of their environment.
Alignment: They can facilitate alignment within an organisation. When teams and individuals have a shared visual representation of the business landscape, it becomes easier to align their efforts towards common goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Wardley maps encourage continuous improvement. As your business environment evolves, you can regularly update and refine your maps to reflect changes and adapt your strategy accordingly.
If we make map Then we know where we have been and where we are going
Proposal
We can draft the maps using Excalidraw or Miro and then decide to either commit or transfer to e.g. https://onlinewardleymaps.com/ and use the VScode extension to keep our maps updated.
