This ticket has been created in relation to this ticket.

The purpose of this ticket is to communicate with users to establish the effects of us altering scheduling to spin down compute after business hours, Monday to Friday.

Concerns were raised around users running jobs over night and this change effecting anyone that does that so this ought to be addressed in any communications.
