Unable to open R Studio on the Analytical Platform using Firefox #142

I am currently unable to open R Studio on the Analytical Platform and receive a blank page each time I do (see attached). I use the platform relatively frequently in Firefox and can't undestand what has happened. I have tried opening several different version numbers but each time I get the same issue.

Resolved by Rob Levi on Slack. AP team performed a hard reset
