Redirect loop #80

What happened?

Intermittently when accessing R Studio, on a Mac on 102PF Wifi (directly, not DOM1 or anything):

RL: i’ve found trying again will get you through after a couple of attempts

ST: I’ve found switching from Chrome to Firefox fixes this

BF: I get that on dom1 fairly often, but just hitting refresh usually works.

This is probably the same log-in loop as #42, but without MFA getting in the way. Closing as it's probably a duplicate.
