"did not find expected authorization request details in session" #96

An error trying to log into the control panel:

Internal Error

did not find expected authorization request details in session, req.session["oidc:alpha-analytics-moj.eu.auth0.com"] is undefined

This is on both Chrome and Firefox and deleting cookies and cache doesn’t work.

Reported by users ML and MR.

Workaround

ML said:

actually clicking the link at the top of the page with the error message redirected me to the control panel at it seems i'm logged in and able to access things I think the bookmarked link i was using to access the control panel became out of date. Updated this and didn't get it any more

It started working after a while - I can’t remember for certain but I think I might have done something similar to ML

Closing - sounds like they bookmarked the auth0 URL. The correct one is: https://cpanel-master.services.alpha.mojanalytics.xyz/

This issue should go away in the next version of the control panel So I assume this means the refactor: https://github.com/ministryofjustice/analytics-platform-control-panel/pull/610
