Content redesigned to take account of

stakeholder feedback that we should include a conditional reveal field for every option
user research where feedback has identified that users may have occasion to select all three available options.

I have added a field to the under 18 option and changed all the radios to checkboxes to allow multiple selections.

I have also refined the page title and some of the question and reveal text.

No changes have been made to the check your answers page yet. I have noticed that selecting multiple options creates a messy paragraph containing all three questions. The responses to the conditional reveals have not yet been programmed into the CYA page either.

Did we not say we would leave the title as is? No-one picked up on it in testing, it was just us who questioned it. Using 'why' makes it similar to previous iterations which came across as accusatory.
