Routing updated to include previous application and not eligible screen in flow before Other compensation question.

Still to do:

update content on both screens
decide what to do content-wise if user answers Yes.
consult stakeholders about where user goes after ineligible screen (bearing in mind UR feedback on non reporting ineligible screen)

Ineligible screen removed from flow, both yes and no answers go to compensation screen. Screenshot of new content attached below
